Technical Details for Presenters


Presentation of Talks and Posters

Talks: The length of an oral presentation is 10 minutes. An additional 2 minutes are allowed for the discussion. Please loadup your presentation latest in the break before your session.

Posters: The posters can be placed in the foyer of the Farkas Auditorium from Sunday, March 17, 2019. All posters can be exhibited during the entire conference. There are three poster sessions. The presenting authors will be available for discussion at their poster session. Posters that were not removed from the boards at the end of the meeting will be wasted.

Posters should be maximum 36 inches wide x 48 inches tall (3 feet wide x 4 feet tall). DIN A0, portrait should easily fit.


Presention Laptop at the Lecture Hall


Farkas Auditorium, where the talks will be held, has a laptop built into the system of the aud to allow for seamless presentations.

The projector works at 16x9. Presenters can wire their own laptop PC or Mac as long it has either a VGA or HDMI connector. Please check in the break before your session.

Please note: NYU Langone built-in MacBook Pro does not run the Keynote app.
