Request for a Letter of Invitation

Should you require an invitation letter, please understand that you either need to have an accepted abstract to the meeting or must be registered and paid in full. Should your visa application not be accepted, we will be happy to refund your registration fee. Please request a letter of invitation once you've registered or received your abstract acceptance notification.
The letter of invitation will be sent to you electronically as a scanned document (.pdf-format) to the e-mail address provided by you. It should be understood that the organisers can only issue an invitation which includes the period of the conference plus the Saturday and Wednesday directly before and after the conference, respectively.
