Visa and Invitation Letter

Should you require an invitation letter, please understand that you either need to have an accepted abstract to the conference or must be registered and paid in full. Please request a letter of invitation once you've registered or received your abstract acceptance notification. Should your visa application not be accepted, the conference refund rules will apply (see paragraph Cancellations under Terms of Participation).
The letter of invitation will be sent to you electronically as a scanned document (.pdf-format) to the e-mail address provided by you. It should be understood that the organisers can only issue an invitation which includes the period of the conference plus the days directly before and after the conference, respectively.
